Job Requirements:
- Light Linux administration
- Basic network troubleshooting
- Handling customer support calls
- Administering customer provisioning system
- Ensuring security of NOC
- Working 2nd or 3rd shift
- Granting NOC access to customers, and ensuring premises is secure while customers are on site.
Required Skills:
- Ideal candidate is a CIS student/recent graduate
- Good (troubleshooting) analytical skills
- Good Interpersonal communication skills
Job requires 2nd and 3rd shift work schedules, since ServerCorps' NOC is a 24/7 staffed operation.
